北京恒天明泽基金销售有限公司（以下简称“恒天基金”），成立于2013年3月7日，恒天财富旗下的财富管理平台和销售机构，注册资本金5,000万元。2013年8月获得中国证券监督管理委员会下发的经营证券期货业务许可证。2015年加入中国证券投资基金业协会，成为“联席会员”（会员代码：LX2100000583），并取得会员证书（证书编号：00000583）。
Established on March 7th, 2013, Beijing Hangtang Fund Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hangtang Fund") is wealth management platform and sales organization under Hangtang Wealth. It has a registered capital of 50 million yuan.In August 2013, it obtained the Securities and Futures Business License issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company joined Asset Management Association of China in 2015 and became a "joint member" (Member Code: LX2100000583) and obtained a member certificate (Certificate No.: 00000583).
恒天基金以实际行动践行“筑牢风控防线，坚守合规底线”的原则，搭建并不断升级“四层管理人筛选+立体风控管理”体系，能够实现从机构准入到产品筛选、从销售风险管理到投后管理中心的无缝衔接，覆盖产品全生命周期的风险管控。产品部门、风险与合规部门、内部审计团队组成的三道风险控制防线，进一步落实“筑牢风控防线，坚守合规底线”的原则，切实做到“稳中求进发展，合规风控优先”。
Hangtang Fund has implemented the principle of "building a solid defense line for risk control and sticking to the bottom line of compliance" with practical actions, and has set up and continuously upgraded the system of "four-tier manager screening + 3D risk control management", which can realize the risk control covering the whole life cycle of products with seamless connection from institutional access to product screening, and from sales risk management to post-investment management center. The three risk control defense lines composed of the Product Department, the Risk and Compliance Department and the Internal Audit Team further implement the principle of "building a solid defense line for risk control and sticking to the bottom line of compliance" and earnestly implement the principle of "seeking progress and development while maintaining stability and giving priority to compliance risk control".

1、项目说明：构建恒天基金人才梯队建设，建立营销管理干部人才储备池，完善内部人才供给体系，打造一批专业高素质的私人银行家及营销管理干部。通过定向培养高潜人才及公司核心骨干，达成员工与企业的 “双赢”。
1. Project Description: Construct the talent echelon construction of Hangtang Fund, establish a talent reserve pool for marketing management cadres, improve the internal talent supply system, and create a group of professional and high-quality private bankers and marketing management cadres. Through targeted training of high-potential talents and the core backbone of the company, a "win-win" situation between employees and enterprises can be achieved.
2、招收范围：重点招募本科应届毕业生、硕士研究生、海归留学生等。

IV．Job Introduction of Hengxing Project Management Trainees
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1、以专业金融知识，为高净值及超高净值客户提供资产配置服务、投融资咨询服务等财富规划；
1. Provide wealth planning such as asset allocation services, investment and financing consulting services for high net worth and ultra-high net worth customers with professional financial knowledge;
2、负责客户的开拓与维护，客户资料的及时更新和完善，客户需求分析，客户资产净值的动态跟踪和管理。
2. Be responsible for customer development and maintenance, timely updating and improvement of customer data, customer demand analysis, and dynamic tracking and management of customer net asset value.
任职要求：
Requirements:
1、具备金融、财会、工商管理、市场营销、法律等相关专业本科及以上应届毕业生或海归留学生；
1. Have finance, accounting, business administration, marketing, law and other related major bachelor's degree or above fresh graduates or overseas students;
2、具有银行贵宾理财经理工作或实习经验，券商理财顾问（不含经纪人）、信托公司财富中心销售人员、独立财富管理机构理财销售经验（不含P2P）优先；
2. Have working or internship experience as a VIP financial manager of a bank, financial advisor of a securities firm (excluding brokers), sales staff of wealth centers of trust companies, and financial sales experience of independent wealth management institutions (excluding P2P) is preferred;
3、热爱营销工作，对财富管理行业认可，有优秀的语言表达能力及逻辑思维能力。
3. Love marketing work, recognize wealth management industry, and have excellent language expression ability and logical thinking ability.
4、一定期限内通过相关从业资格考试。
